At Orphans in Need, we are committed to transparency and ensuring our donors feel confident in their contributions. Below is our refund and cancellation policy:

Donations Refund

1. Refund Eligibility
   • Refunds must be requested within 60 days of the donation date.
   • Full refunds will be processed within three working days of receiving an approved request.
2. Requesting a Refund
   • To initiate a refund, please contact us at accounts@orphansinneed.in or call 01141677770 with the necessary details.
   • Donation reference number
   • Date and amount of the donation

Cancellation of Sponsorships

1. How to Cancel
   • Sponsorships can be canceled at any time by notifying our team at info@orphansinneed.in or by calling 01141677770.
   • Please allow a 7-day notice before the next scheduled payment to ensure seamless processing.
2. Unused Funds
   • Should there be any advance payments made, we will ensure that refunds for unused portions of the sponsorship are processed in full within three working days following the cancellation.

General Terms

• Refund requests submitted after 60 days from the original donation date will not be eligible.
• All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the donation.
